Co-founded by Sally Bateson and Claire Taylor-Harris, supported by market leading associates, we bring together a unique combination of skillsets across strategy, fundraising and marketing, with a wealth of experience both in the not-for-profit and commercial sectors.
SALLY BATESON
Sally is an experienced charity leader and advisor. She works with charities, funders, philanthropists, and companies to help them achieve transformational social impact.
After a decade in the charity sector, Sally spent eight years at Compton Fundraising Consultants. In 2017 Sally set up her own consultancy, specialising in interim leadership and fundraising. Her clients have included the East End Community Foundation, Cherie Blair Foundation for Women, West London Zone, The Brokerage, and the Institute of Imagination.
Sally’s practical strategies, donor engagement, and inspirational campaigns have raised tens of millions of pounds for a wide range of causes, helping them to achieve significant growth in terms of profile, reach, and impact.
CLAIRE TAYLOR-HARRIS
With 20 years’ experience in senior marketing and leadership roles, Claire has led teams across both health, social care, and the not-for-profit sectors.
As Commercial Director at Bupa Home Healthcare and Lloyds Pharmacy Clinical Homecare, she has significant health and social care experience at Board
level, and has also led senior teams and delivered strategies in the not for profit sector. Her expertise includes team management and integration, strategic planning, marketing and communications management.
Claire has a strong focus on social impact and purpose, is CIM qualified, and a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute. She is also a Trustee at The Brokerage, a leading social mobility charity.
